Through the Corporate Strategies Program, PattieK Fitness develops programs for companies and organizations that introduce solutions to the challenges and demands of the work/life balance in a High Tech environment.
Topics in the program include: “Balancing a Healthy Lifestyle”, the “Road Warrior“ Series, Executive Fitness and on-going custom wellness programs.
All presentations, workshops and incentive programs are customized to the clients needs to insure that the tailored message resonates strongly with the audience. Participants receive valuable strategies and tools that are practical and can be immediately utilized.
The Personal Fitness Program is tailored to individuals who seek one-on-one training for weight loss, body strengthening, increased mobility, and conditioning. These programs are custom designed to address specific needs, ages and lifestyles.

Pattie Lindquist
Pattie Lindquist is an experienced fitness and health professional with a dual degree in Physical Education and Athletic Training from South Dakota State University. For the past 20 years she has developed and delivered stimulating group exercise classes, corporate fitness and personal training programs for her clients. These routines are woven into the daily lives of individuals and have had a positive long-term impact.
As a health educator, Pattie works closely with Silicon Valley companies delivering practical and pragmatic wellness programs that result in expanded employee engagement.
She also presents on various fitness and wellness topics, including stress and time management, exercise and diet myths, and the balanced fitness lifecycle as part of the overall “Healthy Gains Continuum” platform.
Pattie’s experience and creativity have proven to be invaluable in developing motivational and innovative programs for organizations committed to healthy balance, fun and improved employee morale and productivity.
